Online bookings: All bookings made online are Book online and Pay in Store
Refund Policy: Prepaid services are non-refundable. We will however allocate your payment to other services, providing the Cancellation Policy terms are met.
Cancellation Policy: All pre-paid services (online bookings) are non refundable. To re-schedule a booking we require 24 hours notice and are happy to accommodate another suitable appointment time.
In the event of a late cancellation or non-attendance, your session will be forfeited without a refund.
Arrival Times: We ask that you arrive at least 10 – 15 mins prior to your scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals: Please note that late arrivals may shorten sessions in order to not inconvenience the following customer.
FLOATING IS NOT RECOMMENDED
if you have any of the following conditions:
- epilepsy, low blood pressure, kidney disease
- any contagious disease, including diarrhoea, gastroenteritis (and for 14 days following)
- open wounds or skin ulcers
- you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- claustrophobia
Please check with your health practitioner before using our flotation tank if you are pregnant or are concerned about the following:
- heart conditions
- asthma
- severe skin conditions
- sensitivity to sulphate or magnesium
- psychosis
Please note that any contamination to the water or damage to the float tank or any amenities at the centre, we remain the right to charge for compensation to cover the expenses.
